Lesson #4 – Traveling chest left & hip slide


Lesson #4 I thought I would give those who are in my level 3 class a little bit of homework before we begin our traveling moves session. This is a combination using a chest lift & hip slide. You can add layering to it to make the combination more difficult. Add a shimmy on the hip slide or add a arm circle onto one of the moves. Play with it moving from side-to-side or around in a circle. Put a book or basket on your head to practice balancing and to see if you are bouncing while your dancing.
